You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Gabrielle Bill, Career Coach
& Consultant, and the partners, employees and agents of Gabrielle Bill,
Career Coach & Consultant harmless from and against any and all claims,
causes of action, suits, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs
and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising from
or related to your use of our Service or any services you purchase through it,
out of Your actions, omissions to act or negligence, or your breach of any
representation, warranty, covenant, obligation or other agreement contained in
these Terms or on Service’s website.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace
these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at
least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a
material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not
